The Final Sequence

Am I the only one who found the final sequence of the film disturbing?

Darling, I am trouble of the most spectacular kind!

What, when they were all waving and laughing at the camera? I didn't think it was disturbing.

Perry: "You, stop multiplying!"

I think OP means the newsreel footage of the characters going through WW2.

I found it cliche. The big test in Hollywood is to see if you're a Nazi to be let into film making ranks on the creative end. I know because I've been put through the test many a time, and, quite frankly, I find it tiring.

Hollywood has an obsession with Nazis and the evils executed by Nazi Germany. It's not a bad thing to remind society of history. In fact I think it's important, but those of us who've been exposed to a lot of Hollywood's schizophrenia and paranoias, get a little tired of WW2 themed films.

There are other bad guys in the world.
