Can somebody please explain why Marvel didn't sue the living daylight out of these guys??? I haven't seen the movie but, geez...it seems like they will sue just about anyone for ANY reason. This seems like it would be a good place to get the ball rolling.

Well, they wouldn't sue these moviemakers because this movie was a great commercial for Marvel Comics.
