I understand/heard somewhere that Laurie was victimized by a cruel little scheme on the set of Norm. She was already unhappy on the set and homesick for the set of Roseanne, but I wonder what that little deal was that really hurt and humiliated Laurie where she ran off the set crying in one shooting?

Laurie never says anything about it, esp. in interviews, but whenever someone does ask her, she looks a bit troubled and gets rather quiet and hedges. And in interviews about Norm, she repeatedly refers back to Roseanne and appears to really have fond memories of working on Roseanne.
Also, whenever I saw pics of her on the set of Roseanne, she appeared happy and her smile was always genuine whereas whenever I see pics of her from her days on Norm, although she is sometimes smiling, it doesn't quite meet her dark eyes and often her smile there appears forced. I think I even saw one pic where she's with the crew of Norm and she looks actually sad and anxious, although she's trying to hide it.
