Subtitles
Is this movie meant to have no subtitles when Spanish is spoken (mainly by Del Toro's character)? Or em I watching the wrong version?
Thanks

Yeah, there are supposed to be subtitles.
shareI just watched it on YouTube with no subtitles. :-( The whole time I was wondering what possessed Soderbergh to leave them out. It made the Latin American scenes feel very real, but my Spanish isn't good enough to let me follow them.
Such are the perils of free movies, I guess.
All you have to do is download the movie and go google the accompanied subtitles from a site like subscene.com. Go to a torrent site, it's a 16 year old movie, the MPAA isn't going to care if you download it.
shareIt had subtitles. On the DVD I watched when Spanish was spoken it translated the words.
