At what point did you know the series was in trouble?

For me it was when the Terminator put on the Elton John sunglasses. That's when I realized that they weren't trying to make a serious installment, instead it was just going to be riding the coattails of the first two movies.

James Cameron must've been furious when he saw that scene.

For me was when the Terminator arrived in the desert, the background music was all silent, no heartbeat sound or anything.

It was a horrible movie in its whole.

reply

It never was.

The spirit of abysmal despair

When terminators became "cool" to the tune of Bad to the Bone.

And that is why, as much as I love T2, I will ALWAYS say The Terminator is better.

+2

T2 looks nice and all that, but look deeper and you find a bland stupid movie. If it wasn't for it's huge budget, it would be called 'that stupid terminator sequel'.

The only good thing about that movie is Robert Patrick.

I'm just on my way up to Clavius.

I strongly disagree.

Right after watching the first 5 minutes of Terminator 2.
