It wasn't that bad.
T-3 wasn't the worst sequel I've ever seen. The f/x and CGI were pretty good and the best part about it was.... NO EDWARD FURLONG!
shareThe reason hard core fans hate this movie is because it goes back to the time travel rules of the first were time is going to happen rather you like it or not you can affect it but it will correct itself by going with this time travel idea it makes the second seem useless but once you get past that its a good popcorn movie its not a bad movie but they took terminator an turned it from this heartfelt drama action horror an turned it into a popcorn action block buster its not bad but this film dosent fit the style of the first two its a totally different film

I know it's silly to respond to someone who isn't even on this site in a topic from when imdb still had message boards. But my problem is that they didn't even explain how judgement day still came about. You T2 haters complain that judgment day shouldn't be stopped and insist Terminator 2 should've been about the future war. But say what you will but the fact is what made skynet possible was the research of the chip from the terminator sent through time to kill Sarah. You could argue other things but the fact is Terminator 3 doesn't even explain how skynet happened. Just some vague thing about the internet and Skynet somehow developing from the internet. Even in the first movie it is mentioned that people developed Skynet and something to do with computers hooked to the internet. But T3 doesn't even really explain how Skynet came to be. Just some vague crap about the internet and a virus. share

I really liked the ending of T3 , it was a surprise to me it turned out that way when i first watched it.
The worst bit was the magically remote controlled cars.
Well maybe not but even T1 made it clear that the remaining bits of the Terminator were what lead to judgment day. But I am not arguing. I prefer T1 and T2 to T3 but I still enjoy watching T3. Too bad we didn't get a better Future War movie.
