Ernie's a damned good actor and he deserves better than this. Ed Wood would be ashamed of this piece of crap.
shareEssentially, this is nothing but ancient stock footage interspliced with a few brief scenes featuring the 1999 cast. Costas Mandylor has the Michael Pare role, and is even worse at playing this stuff than Pare. Ernie Hudson is president, and not a very convincing one. Tiny Lister, who has what amounts to a cameo in this film, played a far more convincing president in THE FIFTH ELEMENT. This rehash of BROKEN ARROW also features Andrew Divoff as the villain. A few years prior, Divoff played the hero in an airborne knockoff of DIE HARD.
