I loved this movie and always advised it to my friends and when they ask me "what's it like?...", I always answer

"have you ever seen Red Heat? (if "yes") it's like that, just with a pill instead of Danko, a leukocyte instead of Jim Belushi, a virus instead of Viktor and Bill Murray instead of Chicago"
