Mrs. Boyd and the restraining order

I understand Mrs. Boyd was embarassed when Frank threw up on her, but it seemed extreme to file a restraining order against him. It's not like he did it on purpose or was stalking her. What kind of teacher puts a restraining order against one of their student's parents?

Later, she wouldn't even lift the restraining order to allow Frank to attend his daughter's school trip.

As if that wasn't bad enough, Frank got fired from his job for the vomiting incident.

Seriously lady, if you can't handle someone vomiting on you, how can you handle teaching?

I don't care how embarassed you are, being vomited on is no reason to file a restraining order against someone.

You have to suspend your disbelief because no judge would issue a restraining order because of an involuntary action such as that.

Yeah. That was a jerk move. Still he should have been smart enough to know not to eat an uncooked raw oyster.
