Psycho Pass, an anime ripoff, ironically was 10X smarter than this movie.

An anime called Psycho Pass pretty much ripped the concept of this movie off, but ironically did a much, much better job exploring the problems inherent in a legal system in which people who haven't committed a crime are judged based on an absurd criteria. If you liked this movie, I strongly urge you to check the series out.
