& how is it possible that Lamar was back in 24 hours, & that such a big party would be organized in so little time?
& how can Anderton's friend display the video of the murder in the big room where the party takes place? (I don't think that this takes in PreCrime's building).
How is it possible that PreCrime becomes national, as Witwer was doing a study to decide on the fate of this program?Maybe Witwer was replaced, and maybe the fact that a government official like Witwer was killed while Agatha was kidnapped (so that Pre-crime couldn't see a thing) only strengthened/fast-tracked the conclusion that the nation really needs a pre-cog system in order to prevent murder (and needs it ASAP).

(I don't think that this takes in PreCrime's building).So apparently there's a video projector in a party/conference room, which is connected to the internet/"cloud"/whatever. And Lara was orchestrating the whole "Free Anderton, expose Burgess" plan (with the help of Anderton's old friends). Doesn't seem too far-fetched to me.
