FUNERAL POEM....HELP!

A friend of mine who has recently lost someone very dear to them wishes to use a beautiful poem she once heard narrated in a movie about the life of George Best (that film could very well be "BEST" but she's not certain). She believes it was spoken during a funeral sequence in the film by the character playing Best. Anyone have a transcript of the full poem?

Perhaps a long shot, who knows, but in any event, it would be appreciated more than you know if someone could help with this info.
