Mark News: eBay and Comedy Central

I don't know how long ebay will keep this link up but here it is:

http://cgi.ebay.com/SCARE-ME-PILLOW-FAKE-BLOOD-MARK-BORCHARDT-AUTOGRAPHED_W0QQitemZ7615719239QQcategoryZ60360QQcmdZViewItem

Here's the description of the item at the end is some info on a new Comedt Central show with Mark and Mike called "Mark and Mike.":

This pillow was used in a recent shoot of the film, "Scare Me," written, directed and acted by Mark Borchardt of "Coven" and "American Movie" fame. A corner of the brand new down pillow is stained with fake blood. The scene took place at Chris Borchardt's place and is signed by Mark Borchardt (who acted in the bedroom scene with Michelle Grzanna). Chris then signed it, as did Ken Keen and Carey Borth (camera and producer) of "Scare Me." The back also has the signatures of actors Kelly Kearns and Laura.

This is a collectors item and the first and only prop from Mark's latest film ever to be auctioned off.

The pillow is a pillow in pillow design, featuring down around a feather core for firmness.

The shooting of this scene was documented by a high level of talent from Los Angeles, for a potential John Lynch Productions project, tentatively called, "Mark and Mike," so it is of double value and interest to the collector. It was just noted in USA TODAY: LIFE first page, that Comedy Central picked up this pilot so that is pretty cool.

p This item is sure to impress your friends and provide a good nights sleep all at the same time! Rest your head on a piece of America's movie and tv history!

Be sure to review my storefront for more designer items added daily from Los Angeles, London, and Milwaukee. Photo's of the signing will be added as well!

Thanks for looking and happy bidding!

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Comedy Central has gone into production on three new pilots, including a reality project about two best friends trying to make a movie.

"Mark and Mike" follows best friends Mark Borchardt and Mike Schank, stars of the documentary "American Movie," as they set out to make a new film in Milwaukee with no resources.

"It's more about these two characters than moviemaking itself," said Lauren Corrao, executive vp original programming and development at the network. "They're sort of a modern-day equivalent of Beavis and Butt-Head."
