I forget the name of it, but didn't John K. have a failed sci-fi pilot on this with characters named Zesty and Rock Shrimp? I think there was a female Indian medic on the team too. Anybody remember the name of it or have a link to the video?

Nevermind, it wasn't John K. It was called "King Crab: Space Crustacean" and drawn in a similar style.
