Okay I downloaded an ISO of this game along with an emulator and finished it for the first time today.I do have a question regarding Ogre.Why do I fight Ogre in one round and True Ogre in the second round?

OK, I think I DO have an answer to your question.
After you defeat Ogre in the first battle he merges with the dead Heihachi and becomes the True Ogre. I see it this way that, the demon of evil Heihachi goes to the body of Ogre and together they are stronger, the True Ogre - although I think Ogre himself is far more dangerous then the True Ogre.
