where can I find this movie?

I have been looking everywhere, torrents, rapidshare, youtube, cannot find it! Not only is it hard to find because it's a TV movie, but usually it get mixed up with the 2008 movie of the same name "swing vote" which has nothing to do with this one... help anyone? Thanks!
