The PC port is no different than the original PS1 version.

I recently installed it on my Windows PC..and yeah..

the PC port of this game is no different than the Playstation version.

It even includes the original voice acting, complete with mentions of the (PS1's) "L2" and "R2" buttons during one of the codec conversations between Campbell and Snake..while the subtitles say "Sel button" and such.

Kinda humorous, actually.

At least they upgraded the graphics a bit, allowing you to max out @ 1024x768 (Hey, the PC port was made in 1999..).

You can walk in first person mode on the PC version.

That's true, I forgot about that.

I never walk around in first person, though.
