I've read a lot of comments (not here) from people saying Sniper Wolf's handerkerchief can not be used for anything.

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but if you equip it during the caves section with the wolves then they don't attack you because it has Sniper Wolf's scent on it.

That's 100% correct.

Also, the first time you go through the cave, if you punch Meryl near the exit and then immediately equip a cardboard box, one of the little pups will urinate on the cardboard box. If you equip the same box when traveling back through the cavern, the wolves won't attack you because of the little pup's scent.

Subtle touches like that combined with epic storytelling and incredible characters make this my favourite game of all time.

And I'm sure this is the case for alot of you, too.

Totally agree.

I love a few others too, but no other game will take the #1 spot for me. MGS will always be my fave.
