Can anyone explain the end/... I realise it is good and evil acting as narrators in the film but htey suddenly become involved which is incomrehensible

He basicly goes to heaven because he still have his innocence.

I loved the ending, it was my favorite part of the film. I honestly could not stop laughing during it.
