General Soshkin played by Jack Klugman?

General Vladimir Soshkin is actually played by Boris Sichkin but I was convinced that this was Jack Klugman under a pseudonym. He looks like him, talks like him, has the same mannerisms and, by coincidence, was born in the same year as him (1922). The big difference now is that Boris is dead and Jack is still living (in 2012).
