I also saw this at a festival and once at a local screening. It's beautifully shot, and Clu Gulager is at the top of his game. It's upsetting to know that Clu (and many of the actors in this film) suffered the same fate as the character in real life. Cant wait till it surfaces on DVD. Hopefully there's some meaty extras/interviews from Gulager, Carol Lynley, John Phillip Law, and Gary Frank, who vanished after winning the Emmy for his role in Family.

Agreed. This short is quite moving and powerful. Clu Gulager is absolutely heartbreaking as Vic Reeves.

It's very moving. It's not often I feel for a character and dread something, but at one point I thought "Please, not that. Don't let THAT happen".
