What happened in the first murder?

it has to do with a reaper, i told you enough, now watch it and experience the comedy show of a lifetime.

Well since you asked, one of the girls escapes into the coutryside but is killed by a cloaked figure with a large scythe. The only good bit about this is that she tries to stop him attacking her by grabbing hold of the weapon ...by the blade - ouch! Although it sounds nasty, the scene isn't portrayed very well on screen, she doesn't act like she's actually hurting her hands or anything.

in reality, if someone grabbed a blade like that it could easily cut your fingers off

I disagree. All the 'murders' in the movie were done in poor taste. Especially that last one. That was over kill and vile. But I understand the reason why they did it… it was because the movie was over and they wanted the audience to feel horrified at the movie. Silly!

I agree about the last murder. Not only was it vile, in poor taste and over kill but I found it particularly misogynistic. (Even though I guess that was the whole point).

Am I the only one who wanted Terry to survive or AT LEAST just die from one stab wound instead of being turned into cafeteria food?

Why are you reading my signature?

I wanted more of the 'final girl' fightback - at least a bit of resistance even if she still had to die. Other than shooting the brother I'm surprised that didn't happen

Mysoginistic in a film about oppressed men and a misandristic woman.
Typical. Can't dare call out women on sexism so must blame men.
Reminds me of people calling antichrist (bad film) Mysoginistic when all the violence was done by a woman on a man and then she's portrayed as a victim along with loads of other women.

Guess we're a long way from waking up and a less sexist world with these attitudes about

Considering the fact that there was unnecessary female nudity (objectification of women) and the murderer showed a sadistic psychotic hatred towards women (the mother may have been a misandrist but at least she wasn't butchering young men), I may consider your ridiculous argument a little more seriously if there had been young men being depicted prancing around naked or being butchered as the women were in this movie. Did you even watch the movie?
