Okay, how is this possible. The actor's performances were BRILLIANT. I think that was Leto's best player character. Dallas Buyers Club is nothing compared to this one. The mom was the best, Marlon was Oscar deserved too and J. Con. also. I can't belive it. This movie is epic. Yes, it's sad, depressing, I will never watch it again, but it deserves more! Shame on the Academy!

It's all political bullsh!t anyways, I can think of other instances before and since where someone/film should have won but didn't due to politics...but her peformance was one of the greatest of all time and Julia Roberts wasn't half as deserving.

DiCaprio as a junkie in The Basketball Diaries, that was worthy of an Oscar.
