Both the 2000 dvd and 2009 dvd are available through amazon, anybody know if they are the same, just different distributors? Sometimes one has different bonus features from the other or worse one is censored more than the other.

i just bought mine in a normal store so i cant exactly help but why dont you read the description of the dvd on the amazon page.
ive never bought anything there but checked many things and have a very detailed description of what are they selling

The DVDs are the same, just different releases. But the 09 release has a cooler cover (it's an actual quill! And it doesn't look like whack-off material for truck drivers), so get that one.
