...don't you think the IMDB rating would be higher than 3.9? I'm not saying it'd be loved, but maybe even a 5.0? The voting breakdown shows that by far 1 is the most popular rating for this movie. I just don't believe all those people even saw it. Now look, I gave it a 4/10 and I'm not saying you're wrong if you gave it a 1. I just feel that since it's gotten this reputation as "the biggest flop in movie history", which somehow turned into "it's the worst movie Eddie Murphy's ever made". For same, that may be true. But I invite them to check out Nutty Professor 2, Norbit, Meet Dave, Daddy Day Care, Imagine That, Dr. Doolittle 2, Dr. Doolittle 1, etc.

Lots of folks don't like Murphy especially in this type of movie. I always thought he and this film were were vastly underrated. I'm not saying it's great comedy but it's not as bad as so many think. Seen a hell of a lot worse rated higher. I enjoy seeing it when it's on -- like now. Though I have to admit seeing Hillary on the $10,000 bill sent chills up my spine, and not in a good way.
