Differences btwn dvd released in 1998 and 2003

Hello,

I was on Amazon's website and they have three dvds titled: Hey, Mr. Producer. What is the difference btwn the 3 as far as content, or dvd extras? Are they all the same production with diff. release dates? Are there extra features on one vs. the other. I want to get one, but need help choosing! Thank you!
