Hey Mr Producer Chinese version??

Well,
Does anyone know why the DVD I bought of Hey Mr Producer always starts with Chinese language enabled, and why the book that came with it is in Chinese? Is an English version available? I know I can click on the English option, but I would like to have the book in English . . .
