How is this film? How is Morgan as Malcolm X?

I'd like to hear some opinions on this. How is Morgan in this role? How is the film? Should I check it out? Thanks!

I think he's fine as Malcolm X, but I also think the movie itself is very boring after a while. It was directed well, and (most of) the acting was fine. And, while I don't think it would have to have been all-out exciting, I lost interest about halfway through the movie.

I think IMDb rated it well, about 5 out of 10.

Yeah it's not that great of a movie. One hour in length, too short to delve into the depth of Malcolm X.

Morgan Freeman is miscast and not given enough material to either capture Malcom X's charisma nor properly humanize him. The movie is likewise too fragmented and sloppy to have any real cumulative impact.

I find Oscar Bait infinitely more interesting than ticket bait
