Where can I find it? (DVD)

I know there's a dvd-r taken from the out of print english subtitled video at www.allcluesnosolutions.com for $7.

Also it was posted on youtube, but there is a problem with the color. The color keeps fading out and turning black and white plus the youtube posting has no subtitles.

I could never find it on DVD but they stream it for free off the link below. You do have to download the player though to play it.
