Can somebody tell me how it ends, please ?!

I was watching it late last night (yes, in 2012!) and i fell asleep after Pam Grier suddenly shows up on the space prison and pulls rank on Patrick Malahide, around the same time that Christopher Lambert and his friends have developed that audio/video recording remote thingee .. How does it go from there, please ??

It ends with him escaping and the prison being blown up while he does it. But you will have forgotton it all now anyway it over a year since you saw it
