in the camp, Rivka is Related to Hannah(Chaya) whereas the book says she met her at the camp, she saved her life by going to the gas chambers.

In the book they're NOT related. Modern Hannah is named in honor of the girl that saved her great-aunt's life by taking her place in the gas chamber.
Modern Hannah takes over World War II Hannah's identity in the past so that she can understand her family and there suffering better.

Meanwhile, 2 years later:

There was no WWII Hannah. That was Chaya. Hannah's middle name is Chaya and she was named after the girl who saved her great-aunt's life.

Hannah's mother is Grandfather Will. Grandfather Will was Wolfe at the camp, who was the brother of Rivka, who changed her name to Eva. Chaya saved Rivka's life by going to the gas chamber in place of her.

It's worth knowing that Eva (or Eve) and Chaya are the same name (and, for that matter, so is Chava, like the character in Fiddler on the Roof). All of them come from the Hebrew word meaning "life."
