...Where in this movie is there drug use? Is it the aunt taking all that medecine?

The drug use is Fanny's aunt's, Lady Bertram. Fanny states in a letter to her sister, Susan, that Lady Bertram uses opium.

Oh, I had no idea...must have missed that or something. I thought it was just medecine of some sort...no wonder she was out all the time...

in the film she's a laudnum addict. in the novel she's just a crazy pug lady
