Who appealed to you more....

Cesaer or Marc Antony??

I'd have to say Cesaer, even though he was enchanted by Cleo he was still his own man whereas Antony basically bowed to her every whim, She basically lead him around on a leash, her phyisician says as much when he says to her something along the lines of you have only tested Antony's weaknesses not his strengths, she wants seize and conquer the world, Antony however is only interested in seizeing her.
In my opinion he did too much thinking with his downstairs brain and not enough with his upstairs brain.

I agree! Caesar was much more of a stronger person and I think that the two of them complemented each other better than Cleo and Antony, despite the large age difference. They were both very strong personalities whereas MA was not. MA was too into his vices such as women and booze whereas Caesar was able to control himself in order to accomplish his victories.

They were both hot, but I actually thought Caesar was hotter! :-)

I say Marc Antony...men should bow down to women. Hhaha...Just kidding people.

I would say, externally, Marc Antony was much more appealing to me. However, we must not forget that Antony was not the same man as Caesar...Caesar was assasinated for a reason- his ambitions and "visions" had elevated him from the common populace of Rome and costed him his life.
I think as a man, Caesar was much, much stronger and smarter. But as a lover and a romantic (and even a father), Antony was superior- even though it's clear that both men were completely smitten with Cleopatra VII.

Marc Antony!!

Hmmmmmmmmm, do I prefer a constantly drunk whiner (Antony) to a sophisticated, successful, hot and brilliant MAN (Caesar)?

CAESAR of course!

I watched because of Timothy Dalton, so Cesar. However, near the end I started rooting for Octavious.

Timothy Dalton is the better actor, beyond any doubt.

Definitely Caesar ! And not just because he was much better looking! (I like Billy Zane as an actor, but don't find him attractive at all. Ick.) Caesar had so much depth and a better personality. He had power and confidence, but he was also deceptive at times and had the knowhow to win a battle or influence the public. And he was charming in his way and down-to-earth in some moments. He was himself, and a real person, but also larger than life. I'm sure the real Caesar had all of those qualities, and used them by turns to achieve what he did. Men who are smart and multi-faceted are so attractive.
Plus, it's Tim Dalton in Roman armor. How can anyone not love that!? *Purr*

Antony was helpless. He meant well and tried hard, but couldn't handle failure. He broke down and just didn't have the intelligence and experience that Caesar did.
I think they were both good (and accurate) performances by the actors, but Caesar is the clear winner in my book.

Only in regards to this movie would I have to pick Ceasar. They just seemed to fit better and understand each other. Marc and Cleo wasn't an equal relationship like Ceasar and Cleopatra

Lois Lane=Leia Lane
