What Episode is This Sketch In?

This sketch has stuck in my head for years. I would love to see it again but can't find it.

Its a business proposal meeting and the boss says that he'll commit suicide if the client turns them down. The client does, so he kills himself (and a man who I think was Mark Heap also carries out his promise).

It was so brilliant. I think it was Big Train anyway.
