You Make Me Home - by Angelica Hayden

I'm sorry, but I can't stand "In My Life" by Kreviazuk (or The Beatles). I've always heard You Make Me Home - by Angelica Hayden as the theme and it's quite frankly great.

Also, where can I obtain the full song?

Full song was never recorded only the intro is floating around the net.

Couldn't agree more. Admittedly, I've never heard the "In My Life" intro, but I don't need to see/hear that intro to know that ANYTHING other than You Make Me Home is just wrong, Wrong, WRONG! After seeing Providence down under with the You Make Me Home intro that actually ties in well with the intro filmography and gives me goosebumps, I simply CANNOT imagine Providence as being anything other than You Make Me Home. YMMH is THE definitive Providence intro, nothing else makes sense. Nothing else would suit it, nothing else ever could.

You can hear the "In My Life" version used for the US airings of Providence via YouTube at youtubeDOTcom/watch?v=WcchRhFUMF8 (change "DOT" to "."). That's how I grew up watching the show and how I discovered the Beatles song. It's lovely, imho. I just viewed the DVD collection episodes and didn't care much for "You Make Me Home," but that might be because of a first exposure bias.

The lyric "some are dead and some are living, in my life I've loved them all" is also more poignant, 'cause they show Concetta Tomei's screen credit/video clip when that line is sung in the opening.
