All the silly little things we fuss about while missing out on the good things. This movie was one of them. Wish I hadn't missed it.
Aren't all the women amazing cuties? I wish I had been there in 2000. What are all the nationalities of all the main actors? Is everyone German or are they from all over?
The main actors are all german but the woman that plays Melek is of turkish decent (albeit being born in germany).
About missing it, well, you saw it now! It's not an action movie that is a better experience if seen in the theatre, so better late than never. I missed it, too, in 2000.
Moritz Bleibtreu (main male character, Daniel) is usually sticking to good scripts (at least the german movies, can't vouch for Worldwar Z), so if you see his name, you can safely rent the movie. I usually don't like romcoms much but this one was an exception. You might also want to check out "Lola rennt"("Run, Lola, run") in case you haven't yet.
