finally a 'special' epsiode
Under previous hosts (Combs-O'Hurley) there were sometimes "theme" shows that often lasted an entire week, in which the competitors weren't actually families but shared something else in common, like teams made up of Miss America Winners, Miss Universe Winners, celebrity impersonators, Olympic athletes, professional wrestlers, American Gladiators, former American Idol contestants, divorced couples and their lawyers, and numerous others.
But I haven't seen any of them since Steve Harvey started hosting, something I miss. However, I heard on the radio this morning that there will finally be one featuring the families of the reality TV shows "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" and "Cake Boss." The DJ's joked that it would be the only time Honey Boo Boo's family would be in opposition to cake. I don't watch either show, but it could still be interesting. This still sticks to the "family" part of the title but features families that reality TV viewers know about. No air date was announced.
On another note, the title person of the former show (real name Alana Thompson) is only seven years old and probably won't even be competing. I don t know if there's an age requirement, but we don't often see children on this show. The youngest contestant I remember seeing was fourteen back in the days of Ray Combs.

As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster.
