Dumb military guy

Who passed on 3 of the 5 questions at the end, including "name something a man has in his medicine cabinet". Then passed again a second time. After the buzzer, I guess the judges felt sorry for him (and realized there's no way they are going to win) and allowed him to answer after the time limit.

This is the quality of military officers we have? Scary.
