After watching this movie I coulndn't forget this song playing in Bo's Bar and during the whole movie. Does anybody know the song title or where the soundtrack is available?

The song was originally done by Kyu Sakamoto in 1961. It was not called Sukiyaki, that was what it was renamed when it started to get played in America in 1963. Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish that was popular at the time, so the title was recognizable. It went to #1 on the US charts.
In 1981, an English language version was released by a group called A Taste Of Honey. That version also became a huge hit. It was covered again in 1994 by 4PM, and became the third time this was a Top 10 hit in the US.
The version done in this movie was a jazzier version of the 1981 hit, though the lyrics are slightly different.
