AJ the abusive Pokémon Trainer

How the heck was everyone okay with how he treats his Pokémon? Over-looking the fact everyone send their Pokémon into battles for the sake of fun and personal gain, AJ was down-right abusing his Pokémon. It's clear the Pokémon had Stockholm syndrome and the trainers just accepted this.

It's been shown during the series that there were many trainers like AJ who do not understand that Pokemon are living beings and should be treated as such. At least Charmander wised up.

No, Netflix doesn't have all the Kanto episodes. It has up to 50 something, and then it has black and white series. I'm annoyed but theres plenty of sites like watchpokemon or watchcartoon where you can finish the series.

I guess the logic is, the most-wanted episodes would be the oldest episodes and the most recent episodes. Hence why they're the first episodes to become available.

I agree though, that there is a huge gap. They should really add more of the early episodes- the show was in its prime from Blaine's gym battle episode through to the entire Orange Islands arc IMO!

reply

exactly. That way if they determine there isn't much interest they won't sign contracts for the other seasons.

Welcome to IMDB!

Just so you know, they uploaded more episodes of Kanto

That awkward moment when you think someone's signature is apart of the post.

He wasn't abusive. His Pokemon chose to train with him to become strong.

reply

He demanded too much from his Pokémon, but the a**hole that abandoned a Charmander is much worst, AJ loved his Pokémon despite the abuse.
