Region 4 (that's Australia, Spain and the South Pacific I think) DVDs are readily available, but I'm not sure about other Regions.
I'd try Amazon or eBay if you're looking for a Region 1 or other copy.
The Australian release of Day Of The Roses, the only release that I'm aware of, is multi-region PAL DVD.. And is available from most online DVD shops..
