Was this murder ever solved?

Just wondering?

reply

No but people know who did it, it was Oregon government/police/prison system because Michael was gonna bring it down and expose but they won't ever convict people because it was the government.

Frank Gable has been in prison for nearly 20 years for this murder that many say he did not commit. His attorney married and divorced him, also. Isn't that a kick in the pants.

To the best of my knowledge...no. This movie however is bogus as far as Kevin Franke is portrayed. I was there throughout the whole ordeal. I took the call from the cops in Salem OR to Franke's office in Florida and was told Mike had been murdered. At the time Kevin's business, Max Construction, in FL was in bad financial shape. What the movie doesn't depict is him abandoning his company, his wife, Katie and at least a dozen clients with houses in various stages of construction. These clients had placed deposits of $10,000 to $20,000 for a new home to be built by Max. From the time he got the news about Mike in January until he loaded what he could in his old car and blew town in June his entire day was spent on the phone, most of it with Phil the Oregonian reporter and anybody else that might have any information. He provided me with copies of all the "evidence" he had accumulated which I threw away 15 years ago. He left Katie to face the state agencies that look over construction, She also had to file bankruptcy for them personally as well as the company. I have no clue as to what might have happened to the clients that had posted deposits. There are other events that took place which provide further indications of what a loser this guy is. By the way, Katie later remarried and died in Ft Myers FL of lung and brain cancer 12-13 years ago. If you read this Kevin, you know who I am......so sue me loser....but it's all true isn't it.
