Question about installing it on windows 7

A few days ago I ordered a Windows Millennium disc. I select the disc drive then it takes me to this section where it says the virtual machine's hard disk is stored as one or more files on the host computer's physical disk. These file(s)start small and become larger as you add applications, files, and data to your virtual machine.

Then below it says Max Disk Size 8GB

Store virtual disk is a single file (this one is checked off)

Split vertical disk into multiple files

I left everything as is and it's telling me the program cannot be found. Am I doing anything wrong? Any help would be great, thanks!
