As you see, the message boards will be gone after the 20th.
Havent posted here in a while but always liked discussing old memories with other posters. Itll all come to an end.

This sucks. I've been posting on IMDB for ages and checking this site is part of my everyday routine. I'm not blind to the abuses that have taken place on some boards though. There's one board in particular that I finally stopped going to because most of the posters seemed to see it as their own private site and flooded it with the most vulgar and crude threads imaginable. I have a feeling that it's people like them who brought about this change from IMDB... thanks a lot, jerks.
I'll miss these message boards. Other than a handful of posts on Vevmo over the years, IMDB is the only place I've ever discussed TV shows or movies online. It will be hard getting used to it not being here but I guess I'll try the couple of other options I've seen mentioned here. It would be nice if we could all keep our IMDB usernames so we'll recognize each other in the new place(s).
Previously TV is another option.
shareI haven't posted in a while, and had no idea what was going on when I saw the message. Things must have gotten bad to shut down the boards. This board was the one I posted in the most until I just stopped watching the show a couple seasons ago. This sucks for me because I don't do Twitter and Facebook. I'm a message board guy. This board had a small crew of the same names stick around for a very long time.
IMDB message boards was the only place where I came to get other people's opinions about movies and TV shows I watched.
IMDB has screwed up on this one.
