Did Warner censor the General Sherman episode on DVD?

Did they censor the episode by blurring the Confederate Flag images? Warner has been very reluctant to Syndicate The Dukes of Hazzard again, after photos of Dylann Roof (the Charleston Church shooter) embracing the Confederate Flag emerged. So I wonder if they censored this episode on DVD, which was known for being a Pee-wee's Playhouse parody?
