Assuming you are a dude, (if you are not, my point is still pretty much the same, except for a couple parts) you would probably be willing to put you mouth on something that at one point or another has, can, or will come in contact with or is very close in proximity to something that has come in contact with pee, blood, poo, and other stuff. If you think about it, the foot is not the grossest part of the body that can be involved in sex. That said, everyone has stuff they don't go for. That is assuming you are asking why someone would do it because you think it is gross. If you are asking why they would do it as in what the attraction is, I would think it is a domination thing.

I've always disliked bare feet, no idea why. If someone has bare feet I can't stop staring in disbelief, it sort of freezes my mind and I feel really creeped out.
