No Blu-ray?

I can't find it in any region/coding.

This show is more than great. A LOT of work was put into travelling to all the locations, planning out the shoots with preconceived dialog meant for eventual edits (start a sentence on one continent, finish it on another). It's really an incredible work and one of my favorite documentaries.

But why no Blu-ray? Is it that the source format is bad enough that it would not benefit from a new scan and remaster?

I also find it weird that this forum is so quiet.
