What gives anyone the right to judge someone else ?

This is a man who has been through hell and back in his life, not only in prison, so how on earth could anyone attempt to judge such a man.

If you believe there is such a thing, as good or bad people in the world (which is a concept, a therapy, not a fact). If your into giving people that label, then how still, could you judge him from the media, or YouTube, or even worse; try to determine if he's guilty or not.

I'm putting this on the board, because there's allot of judgements being made. The fact that the movie may not be all true, like many Hollywood true movies, should not change anything. Including the quality of the film, which I'm separating from the real life events that I have no right to judge.

Society gives people the right. The fact laws have been drawn up to decide right from wrong.

If no one had the right to judge anyone, the world wouldn't be a happier place for it, I promise you that - we'd be stuck in a lawless mess. I don't think it's about good and bad people, per se (although I do believe some people are good, some people are bad, and most people are in the middle), but it's about right and wrong, and right and wrong THINGS. Helping a little old lady cross the street is a good thing, we can all agree on that. Throwing an old lady under a car is a bad thing. Likewise, I think we can all agree on that, as well.

Having said that, I know NOTHING about Carter, his guilt or innocence, nothing at all other than his name.

So, now people don't think society has the right to judge someone after they murder numerous people. When did our society starting producing such ignorant weaklings?

The Constitution guarantees equal opportunity, not equal outcome.
