I like Denzel Washington a lot!
I was this movie and I felt its like a punch in the stomach :) very hard hitting.
I really liked Denzel Washington's performance in the movie. Do fans here consider this to be one of the best? if not, please tell me which ones.
I cannot believe that this movie isn't in the top 250.
Denzel received Golden Globe for his preformance, but he should receive Oscar 4 it eswell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't seen all of Denzel's movies, but I have seen a lot of them, including this one.
It's difficult for me to imagine how any performance of his could ever top his extraordinarily powerful work in "Glory," though I would say that "Malcolm X" came close.

Yes, this one and Man On Fire are my favorite Denzel movies.

I am appalled no one mentioned Remember the Titans. That was one heck of a film.
shareI have to go with Glory at #1, and Training Day at #2, after that many of his performances are very good, like American Gangster (although it reminds us very much of his performance in Training Day), Malcolm X, and Man On Fire.

... Yes, The Hurricane could very well be the best movie that I have seen that has Denzel Washington in it... I really enjoyed it and rate it 8/10...

could be, thinking about it from an acting stand point, i would say yes definitely. just my opinion you understand, as far as the whole ball of wax, acting, camera, set dec, locations, blah blah, man on fire takes the cake. i always tear up at the end when that song starts. dont tell.
