Hi Mohamed, there are a few mistakes in the poems you quoted. Let me correct them for you.
The first one (what Charlotte quotes) is called Midnight by Dorothy Parker.
The stars are soft as flowers, and as near;
The hills are webs of shadow, slowly spun;
No separate leaf or single blade is here
All blend to one.
The second one (what Will quotes) was written by Edna St. Vincent Millay.
Time cannot break the birds’ wing from the bird
Bird and wing together,
Go down one feather
No thing that ever flew
Not the lark, not you
Can die as others do
It's a very touching movie, specially with these type of poems. That's probably why I watched in only once, and now again. You know what I mean!
